The Lucy Donnelly Memorial Fund Presents the 2023 IAWL Holiday Parade and Festival. 

  • 4:30 pm : Festivities begin in IRMC Park and The Indiana Theater (kids activities provided by ICTC).  

  • 6:30 pm: Tree Lighting in IRMC Park

  • 7:00 pm : Parade begins (11th St to 5th St)
